MornChef Rava-puri Recipe:

Ingredients: MornChef roasted rava – 2 Cup, Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon, Oil – 2 Tablespoons, Water (for kneading), Oil (for frying)

Preparation: Add MornChef roasted rava, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of oil into a large bowl and mix them well until the moisture of the oil is distributed evenly. Then add water as required to make a soft dough by kneading. Keep the rava dough aside for 20 minutes sprinkling 2 tablespoons of water over it. Once you find the dough absorbed the water sprinkled over it, knead it for a while to form soft dough again. Make ball-size portions out of the soft dough greased with oil and roll them uniformly in a puri size round shape. Drop the rolled dough into hot oil and hold it under the oil for a while, until it puffs up, splash oil on it to make it puff up fully. Turnover and fry both sides with golden brown color. Take the puri out, drain the oil and serve it hot with curry of your liking.
