MornChef Instant fusion Rice Dosa Recipe:
Ingredients: MornChef rice powder – ½, Cup, MornChef Rava – 1/2 Cup, Salt – 3/4 Teaspoon, Water – 4 Cup, Onion – 1 (finely chopped), Carrot – 1 (grated), Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped), Parsley / Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons (finely chopped), Cumin – 1 Tablespoon, Oil (for roasting), few chopped curry leaves.
Preparation: Add rice powder, Rava, and salt into a large bowl; pour 4 cups of water into it, and mix well using a whisk or ladle. Once it becomes a batter add onion, carrot, Green chilli, parsley/coriander leaves, cumin, and curry leaves into it; mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, check the consistency of the batter, and add water if required. Heat the dosa pan and spread oil on it evenly and pour the batter forming a dosa. It takes 2 minutes to turn into a crisp MornChe Instant fusion Rice dosa. Enjoy it with a chutney of your choice.
